Our Kiev office opened in early 2009 as a natural extension of the work we have undertaken in the region for several years. Our team brings together a broad range of local and international experience, covering everything from mergers and acquisitions to real estate, banking and finance, energy and antitrust. As ever, our focus is on offering practical, hands-on advice that is firmly grounded in commercial reality.
This is a culturally distinctive part of the world and we enjoy tackling the unique challenges it presents.
